Responsible for MTS /STS Preparation, Monitoring and updating of any given project.\\\\nPrepare Tender Time Schedule for the Proposal Team with coordination with Logistics.\\\\nAlso responsible in preparations of Tender Time Schedules for Tendering TTS) and Prepare Master Time Schedule (MTS) as per contract terms of delivery, Coordinate Engineering Specifications, calcs. and dwgs. activities as input for procurement and delivery of Machines and accessories in the schedule. Ensure that Master Document list are linked with the engineering and procurement documents inputs to the MDL. Freeze the MTS and assigned as Project Baseline (BL) for BL Progress Curves and deliverable and for tracking and monitoring progress as per MTS BL. Advice PD/PM of any potential delay on deliverable specifically those with Liquidated damages. Discussed schedule issues with project team formulate solutions and mitigation actions.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
