What does value mean to you?Early in my career, I equated value solely to monetary terms. One day, I was tasked with a critical rescue engagement for a motorway company, facing a tight two-week deadline to repair a deeply flawed SAP e-commerce, subscription-based solution before my company risked a potential lawsuit. With SAP support unavailable due to network issues, I was left to handle the crisis alone. Ultimately, I chose to redesign, reinstall, reapply all the code, and optimize the entire system, completing this nine days before the scheduled go-live. The solution was a success and was widely publicized as such. A few weeks later, while taking a cab ride to Marseille, the driver mentioned,\'I love that new e-commerce solution; it saves me 7 minutes per trip!\' This spontaneous and unsolicited feedback sparked a passion within me that has never faded. At the time, there were drivers using those motorways daily, which amounted to about one million man-days of productivity annually for the government and corporations, and another million man-days that were given back to parents who could then spend more time with their children or friends, or to children who could enjoy more family time, and receive a better education. Technology enabled me to build a digital bridge.Fast forward to today, I now understand that value is in the eye of the stakeholder. My journey has taken me from Gabon to France, the UK, Canada, and the US, enhancing my understanding of product and innovation in a more intuitive way. My superpower is my vision. I perceive the products I deliver through the eyes of all stakeholders, and I drive innovation with empathy, thinking 3 to 5 years ahead. My passion?
