Participate in pre-camp training. Approximately 20 hours.Support the Site Director in operating your designated camp location, including but not limited to: attendance reporting, supply management, and documenting incidents.Report and collaborate with the Site Director to handle issues that may arise.Adhere to The Handwork Studio’s mission and values.Adhere to The Handwork Studio’s handbook.Support Assistant Instructors, CITs, and campers to adhere to The Handwork Studio\'s mission and values.Understand lesson plans before the start of your assigned program.Execute lesson plans according to The Handwork Studio’s set curricula.Manage your designated classroom by adhering to the classroom management, safety, and DEI standards upheld by The Handwork Studio and designated work location.Ensure the safety of campers and team members at all times.Respectfully interface with the following but not limited to: team members, partnership staff, parents, and caregivers.Participate in the set-up and breakdown of your designated site(s).
