I manage the relationships with many of our corporate partners across London & the South East of England, as well as developing relationships with new partners to build our network and improve access to venues for disadvantaged communities. Working with businesses and organisations across arts, culture, sport, leisure, heritage, play and recreation, education and lots more, we work to ensure those who give their time to their community are recognised and rewarded for their contribution, while supporting those businesses to reach their strategic aims.

I am passionate about strengthening communities and empowering people to create their own positive change.So far in the third sector, I’ve worked on roles that focused on building on relationships, creating sustainable partnerships and managing projects that rely on a strong network. I believe that honesty, a problem solving attitude and being data driven has helped me to do this. Bringing together organisations, businesses and individuals is so rewarding, I love knowing I\'ve been a key part of it.Most of all, I love hearing stories about how we have helped someone and learning about their ideas. Hearing about the impact of my work on someone always makes me feel grateful and motivated. When I was a teenager, I required support from a charity when I was extremely vulnerable and needed some help (but wasn’t ready to admit it). That experience and the team who were with me on my journey changed my life in so many amazing ways and showed me the transformation that is possible with the right organisation behind you. This has fed my enthusiasm for helping people, staying focused on the beneficiary and understanding the root of an issue before you tackle it. Through my role at Tempo I work closely with businesses to engage them in our projects, focusing on supporting their strategy and goals, together with the ones of the community.Specialities: PragmatismDiplomacyImaginationEfficiencyEnergyWhen I’m not in the Tempo office or out and about, I’m listening to podcasts, exploring London and beyond, crafting, dancing to live music or eating some tasty food with my husband. The causes that I’m most passionate about are Mental Health, Domestic Abuse, Gender Equality, Food / Nutrition, Period poverty, anything to do with Animals, Refugees and innovative solutions to engaging hard to reach communities.
