I specialise in supporting engineering and infrastructure businesses with critical hires across highways, civils and structures. Working closely with consultancies, contractors and public sector organisations to understand hiring needs, identify gaps, and improve overall hiring approach. My focus has always been on delivery and partnership, working directly with stakeholders to define requirements, manage hiring processes end-to-end, and provide insight on market conditions, talent availability and workforce planning. Currently supporting a portfolio of UK engineering clients, as well as partners in the United States, delivering specialist technical roles and helping strengthen overall hiring capability. Alongside this, senior IT hires have also been supported where needed, providing broader technical coverage. Experience includes working with organisations such as Ringway Jacobs, National Highways, Taylor Woodrow and Octavius, supporting complex and hard-to-fill roles while improving hiring outcomes.
