I am a Network Engineer with experience supporting enterprise SD-WAN and MPLS environments across large-scale branch networks, as well as experience in network support, operations, and troubleshooting across different organizational environments.In my current role, I work in a NOC-focused setup supporting SD-WAN and MPLS connectivity for 1100+ branches, monitoring networks using Versa Director, identifying link outages, coordinating with multiple ISPs, and ensuring service restoration within SLA. My responsibilities include LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, incident tracking through BMC Helix, performance monitoring, bandwidth upgrades, and supporting controlled network access through MAC address whitelisting.Alongside enterprise NOC operations, I have experience working in user-facing support environments where I handled high-volume technical requests, resolved issues within tight timelines, collaborated closely with teams, and improved workflows through better task tracking and communication.Earlier in my career, I gained foundational experience in network administration and intern roles, working with routing, VLANs, VPNs, wireless networks, and physical-layer infrastructure, including fiber installation and device maintenance.
