Solved critical problems of clients which were kept unsolved.Digital banking - platforms are mobile banking, internet banking and telephone banking. Offering services like registration, activation/deactivation of Netbanking, helping clients with online transactions, handling third party applications complaints.Credit Risk Management - This information is used by banks to make informed lending decisions and mitigate potential losses. Techniques such as predictive modeling, financial analysis, and data visualization are commonly used to analyze credit risk. We use the CRM portal for conversion of potential lead by offering them services.Cross-selling of products in banking - refers to the practice of promoting and selling additional financial products and services to existing customers. This is typically done by analyzing customer data and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling complementary products. These products include Life Insurance Policies, mutual funds, and credit cards.
