With 20+ years in the maritime industry, I’ve worked my way up from vessel boarding operations to managing large-scale husbandry services at DA-Desk. My journey has taken me through the docks of India to client-facing leadership roles in the UAE—each step adding depth to my understanding of port operations, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Since 2008 at DA-Desk, I’ve led teams focused on disbursement account processing, agent coordination, and service quality—ensuring smooth port calls and transparent communication for clients worldwide. I’m currently leading the Husbandry Sector, where I drive operational strategy, mentor high-performing teams, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex challenges. Drive continuous improvement in service quality, communication workflows, and customer experience. Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership on sector outcomes and challenges. Ensure all communications—internal and external—are clear, factual, and focused on driving resolution.
