As part of the Workforce Identity & Access Management Engineering team, I lead and support the onboarding of business applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring alignment with enterprise IAM standards and security best practices. With strong expertise in IAM, SailPoint IIQ, and Agile methodologies (Kanban & Scrum), I ensure seamless access governance and continuous improvement of identity lifecycle processes.
