As project coordination lead at Larsen & Toubro- MMH Division, overseeing Tata Steel\'s Steel Melt Shop, I manage key aspects like project scheduling, cost estimation, client/vendor management, supply chain activities, meeting financial year targets. My diverse experience, spanning from 2013 to the present, has honed my adaptability and capability, making me a valuable asset in the steel construction domain.Having spent over a decade in project management within the construction sector, particularly in steel plant projects, my career has encompassed roles ranging from hands-on execution to high-level coordination. Beginning my journey at Larsen and Toubro in 2013, I\'ve been anchored by the firm ever since. With an M.Tech from IIT Madras in Construction Technology and Management earned through the Build India Scholarship program, I fortified my expertise.During this time, the journey has seen leadership role in executing critical projects such as Bhushan Steel\'s Steel Melting Shop (20••••15) and Vedanta\'s Zinc/Lead Beneficiation Plant (20••••19). Notable achievements include overseeing the planning/execution & commissioning of Secondary dedusting unit (20••••22) of SMS Shop for a 5MTPA expansion project at Jindal Steel Works, Dolvi.Skills Include:1.
