The Production work was based on:• Product : 1-OCTOPUSSY / 2- TRIKETONE / 3- BZCN/4-BCPA• Processes: Bromination, Chlorination, Sulphonation.• Operations : Distillation, Filtration,Drying, Crystallization.• Solvents: Iso-Butylene, n-Butyl Acetate, IPA, ACN, XYLENE, MDC, EDC.• Plant shutdown and startup.• Plant decontamination and changeover for product.• Plant PSSR.• HAZOP and HIRA for Plant Expansion and Upgrade Processes.• Maintaining and Review of Plant Documents i.e. Emergency Identification, Risk Register and Aspect Impact for the Processes.• Implementation, Data record and making reports for PU Batches.• Yearly monitoring of EMP & OSHMP.• Maintaining and review of Plant SOP and Log sheets.• Maintaining and recording Plant Norms.• RCA and Why Why analysis for repeated / major issues or breakdown.• Leading daily DMT meeting with plant and service department.• Daily monitoring & Recording of BCT of Processes.• Making of JSA for non-routine activities.• Troubleshooting the problems while plant running.• Implementation of AMT and maintaining of AMT documents.• Weekly Plant Gemba Walk for Observations with service dept. and safety Personnel.• Handling hazardous material- Bromine, Chlorine, Iso-Butylene, Thionyl Chloride, Hydrogen Peroxide.Plant Production, To check and reduce down time, Troubleshooting for running plant, Planning Production as per requirement, HAZOP and HIRA for Plant Extension and Product Upgrades
