In my 20+ years of professional experience in Indian Banking industry, I have had firsthand experience of Banking system evolving from no automation (Manual) to partial banking automation (PBA) to total banking automation (TBA) to Core Banking System (CBS) and Digital Banking. Proud of being a part of multiple Banks and related ecosystem which have set the wheels in motion and changed the Indian Banking space and related customer experience forever.My core contributions to the industry (and, in turn, to beloved India) include CBS migration for one of India\'s largest Public Sector Banks, implementation of alternate delivery channels (ATM Network, Retail/Corporate Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Domestic Money Remittance, Foreign Inward Money Remittance, AePS, Bharat Billpay, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, Digital Customer On-boarding via eKYC and Video KYC) as well as Data Quality Systems and Customer servicing through CRM systems, via multiple public and private sector Banks.My objective is to use all my capabilities and expertise through a customer-centric organization and related ecosystem, to take full advantages and benefits of latest banking technologies to the last mile for Inclusive Banking.
