   CLIENT - XAXIS• Team Management with end-to-end campaign management involving campaign setup, campaign optimisation, campaign troubleshooting, reporting & data mining, etc. Also, I suggest and help Clients, Sr. Managers, Account Managers in creating and executing an effective Media plan for a campaign. • My Team Management includes- Setting monthly, daily goals for the team and support them in reaching them- Explain the media plan to teammates and help them set up Campaigns, IO\'s, LI\'s, Adgroup\'s, Deals, etc- Help them in setting up BLS, Brand Safety, Audience Lists, Floodlights, Experiments, etc- Train the team internally on Programmatic tools and updates- Maintain and regularly update an MS Excel sheet for all campaigns pacing and performances- Maintain an MS Excel sheet of all the teammates to keep a track on their tickets, SLA\'s, follow ups, completion status and another sheet for their performances and feedback- Daily update these Excel sheets and send to our Operations Head and Managing Director. • I currently work in the UAE, Europe, Asia and Indian market for advertisers such as Johnson & Johnson, Disney+Hotstar, Dabur, Godrej, Paytm, Policy Bazaar, Just Answer, StarzPlay, Telemundo, Citibank, Comcast, Morgan Stanley, Loreal, etc.• Advertising campaigns on DSP\'s (DV360, TTD) and optimisation towards the specified aims.• Managing campaigns for multiple brands across regions with different budgets for both brand and eCommerce campaigns.• Activating, Monitoring and Optimising campaigns effectively to improve KPI\'s.• Analysing a campaign based on the reporting (Inventory Availability Report, General Reports, Billing Reports, Audience Performance Reports). • Work closely with Programmatic Managers for effective delivery of the campaigns (Pacing and Performance).• Help team in resolving all troubleshooting, optimisation & technical issues associated with DV360 ad campaigns.
