In my current role I serve as Senior Vice President and lead the Regional Audit Delivery Center (RADC) in USI. RADCs enable our ongoing transformation journey to standardize, centralize, digitize, and automate the audit and are a key element of our integrated workforce. Prior to this role, I served as the USI leader for offshore business operations supporting North & South Europe geographies. I have also established and lead large shared services enabling area teams for NSE geographies, as well as marketing teams supporting the US, Australia, Canada and other global geographies. I offer over three decades of experience in providing strategic guidance and operations leadership for off-shoring especially shared services (Marketing, HR/Talent, Learning, Finance, IT services, Helpdesk) covering - business development, transitioning, setting up of teams, service delivery/performance management, efficiency improvement, risk & compliance. I have worked extensively with internal and external customers in India, US and UK. I am a builder. I am passionate about building large offshore operations from scratch that deliver value beyond the cost arbitrage. In my recent roles I have built an operation of 600 plus team members from scratch in a span of five years. I find it rewarding to improve the efficiency and productivity of the operations. I have also restructured operations from the longer term strategic perspective. I apply my creativity, leadership and ability to navigate complex and abstract problems. My key strengths include understanding customer needs, building stakeholder relationships, engaging teams, delivering to the satisfaction of customers, enabling innovation and operational efficiency. I nurture and like working in an environment that is inclusive, empowered and encourages continuous learning. I engage with people to support them explore their full potential. I am an ICF certified Coach. In my long career journey I have coached and mentored several professionals, and understand the hurdles people face in being successful. I have recently authored a book \"How to get into your Goldilocks Zone\" in which I have described 5 steps to make the best of your life on this planet. I enjoy drawing, painting, photography, traveling, reading, listening to music, learning about new gadgets. I\'m also a Greening propagator.
