ABOUT ROHIT RAVI

I am a Data Scientist at Ekimetrics with hands-on experience in building and deploying Marketing Mix Models at scale using Python and Databricks to automate refreshes, monitor performance, and deliver models into production. I also apply causal modeling techniques such as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to measure the impact of brand surveys on brand consideration, and design and evaluate A/B tests and incrementality studies to assess campaign effectiveness using statistical and machine learning approaches. I have client-facing experience, running workshops and delivering results sessions to brand managers, media agencies, and senior analytics stakeholders, while collaborating with engineers to ensure models are practical, scalable, and actionable. I am familiar with concepts related to customer lifetime value and attribution modeling, and have some exposure to GenAI through a research project on Talk-to-Data interfaces for results.I hold an MSc in Business Analytics from Imperial and have 4 years of experience in data science, including 3 years in marketing analytics. I am proficient in Python (pandas, numpy, statsmodels, scikit-learn), have contributed to production-grade Python libraries for and am familiar with popular marketing measurement packages like and Robyn. I use SQL for data wrangling and analysis, and am comfortable with Power BI and Tableau for visualization. Most of my work has been in Databricks, with additional exposure to Azure.
