   The ccl planning & business management business intelligence developer is primarily responsible for design, development, maintenance, and support of the planning & management apps/toolset for it. • Collaborates with the planning & management team and IT leaders to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiencies, analytics, and data quality. These solutions help to drive cost reductions, process improvements and identify areas of opportunity for it. • Provide technical support of planning & management apps/tools. Escalates to the vendor questions and cases that cannot be resolved internally. Responsible for follow-up and issue resolution. • Designs and develops technical solutions (i.e. databases, interfaces, dashboards, reports, etc.) In order to improve transparency, process efficiencies, capabilities and compliance with planning & management processes. • Ensures that tool capabilities are fully leveraged. • Normalizes data, ensuring data integrity between various systems to provide a cohesive financial view. Collaborates with planning & management leaders to ensure tools are integrated with ccl it processes. • Collaborates and coordinates the investigation, selection and implementation of vendor tools and upgrades. • Coordinates the testing of new features and collaborates with the planning & management team to prepare and deliver training to users. • Manages the vendor’s activities. Proactively makes recommendations for ongoing process improvements with appropriate dashboards/reports to drive change and support data driven decisions.
