Roles and responsibilities are as below : 1. Understand the bank’s current model for trade services processing. Relate this model to the Trade360-supported organizational models 2.Support the bank during the design, development and testing phases facilitating a successful implementation of business processes and providing supporting materials 3.Support the bank with integration design and development including migration activities 4.Support the bank in the definition of its strategy for testing, migration and rollout 5.Conduct “train the trainer” sessions 6.Support the bank in project management activities addressing and resolving functional issues/questions 7.Support the bank in production implementation, post production support, and rollout to customers
