Scope of work : Support for all IBM customers running Tivoli Storage Manager product suite, IBM Spectrum Protect product suite, Fastback products. Assist external customers by phone.email and web sessions for PMR’s raised by them for issues and troubleshoot the issue based on related logs, crash dumps and traces and suggesting customers with resolutions and drive the case till the issue is resolved. Interact with the product development when required during issues deeper into the product architecture and Efixes requirement. Also technical writing of documents to help public assisted self diagnosis and resolutions for known fixed issues missed in published documentations. Also setting and performing some analysis or new product experience on test lab systems. Perform technical leaderships wherever required during client engagement to resolve issues remotely
