Working very closely with the Director of SEO. Directly responsible for the KPIs (wining/escalation) of pods. Plan, Action, and Deliver quarterly/yearly SEO performance targets of pods and ensure all KPIs and agreed traffic numbers are met as per the management and clients\' expectations.Determine and action strategic targets for campaigns to drive business growth.Responsible and accountable for the performance of the PODs and Upskill the SEO team to be self-reliant and efficient.I am also responsible for Conducting SEO audits, developing an SEO strategy and even sometimes engaging in the measurement of the effectiveness of PPC activity by applying relevant monitoring tools.My pods are handling 60 projects at one time and we are responsible for everything.Sales ResponsibilitiesWorking very closely with the Director of sales for the new accounts and future clients. Responsible for renewals & upgrades of the current projects.I am also responsible for the upsell opportunities within the projects.
