I am a curious, self-motivated professional excited about finding transformational, sustainable solutions to complex industry issues.My experience of being in a boarding school, set the foundation of being curious, and having to think of innovative solutions to address various issues and challenges, often in a real time manner.Having done multiple internships across roles / industries, I found interest in wanting to pursue a career in Management Consulting. Having worked in that direction, I started my Career Journey with CSMM, a specialised unit of IMRB International, focused on Customer Satisfaction, Stakeholder Relationship etc for Clients and involved working with clients to enhance and maintain the same.I subsequently got a chance to work at Deloitte (R10) in Hyderabad, wherein I worked with an amazing set of professionals to set-up 2 mapped practices for the US firm. This gave me an amazing opportunity to work on interesting Strategy engagements for US based clients.Having to move back to Delhi due to personal reasons, I got a chance to secure a role with the Strategy Consulting practice at Deloitte India. I had the opportunity to work on interesting Market Entry, Business / Channel Diversification, Performance Enhancement engagements for clients across industry segments.By end 2010,I had the opportunity to join Wazir Advisors, a start-up consulting firm - I was extremely excited working with an amazing set of well-read, well respected leaders, especially in the Retail Industry and worked on some exciting Market Entry, Business Growth engagements through my short stint there.Having spent significant time in Consulting / Advisory, I had an exciting break to join GMR Group, as a part of the Strategy team for the Delhi International Airport.
