As a pivotal member of the Leadership Group and a direct report to the COO and Controller, Rohit Khanna showcases ~24 years of experience in leading large sized teams, to plan and implement fiscal policies and protocols for efficient financial operations. He has efficiently governed the F&A operations for Global clients across industries verticals managing Service delivery while navigating complexities of diverse agendas, global teams and internal/external stakeholders, encompassing M&A integrations, transitions, process transformations, business & financial modeling, financial planning and analysis, and P&L management. Rohit is a trusted leadership advisory who strategically advises in diverse financial strategies for successful execution to achieve revenue, profit, and performance results.In a highly visible, leadership role at Genpact, Rohit currently works as the Global Operating Lead for multiple CPG portfolio clients and P&L size north of $40M/year. Prior to Genpact, he\'d held similar position in Accenture for CPG clients across the globe.In his past role for Cvent Inc, Rohit administered ~$1B in contract management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Global Master data operations and change management strategies from start-to-success. Through due diligence, he has triumphed in improving write-offs from 3.5% to 3%, saving $1.5M in top line. Furthermore, he has also succeeded in maintaining a competitive DSO (early 40’s) with a consistent 22% CAGR for the straight 7 years. As a transformation change leader, Rohit led S/4Hana, Oracle EBS(R12), High Radius, Service Now and Gen AI deployment which dramatically improved business outcomes. For performance excellence, Rohit was honored with the prestigious Leadership DNA Award in 2020 & Leadership Excellence Award in 2009 and 2015.
