I’m an NYC-based hospitality professional with an educational background in science and music, passionate about the intersection of service and sensory experience.I approach hospitality as both a technical process and a creative medium. My work focuses on designing guest-centered experiences that reflect this philosophy.Alongside a deep love for service, I’m also driven by a business-minded approach—exploring scalable ways to push the boundaries.    I designed and currently lead our specialty coffee program, managing sourcing strategy, menu curation, quality control, inventory, COGS, and daily operations. I’ve intentionally hired skilled bartenders with less coffee experience. The goal here is to develop a cross-trained culture that raises coffee standards and integrates it more into a more hospitality-driven service style.
