   Set-up and execute programme associated integration and deployment of Advance Process Control software (Quantum Leap) within Downstream and Upstream businesses to deliver benefits as committed in the Group Investment Proposal.• Accountable for overall programme management including; cost, schedule, assurance, risk management, change management utilizing Shell’s Project Delivery Framework• Ensure seamless integration between product development, system/user testing, and ultimate deployment/deployment strategy• Responsible for integrated “business/IT” deployment including building shared vision, change management, stakeholder management/engagement, etc.• Set up of full documentation and controls per PDF as applicable to the Quantum Leap project.• Deliver up until Stage Gate 3 (design and cost estimation)• Ensure progress (not making decisions) on Requirements, Architecture,(data, software, infrastructure), estimation of effort beyond Stage Gate 3.• Monthly progress reporting and PDF assurance.• Role will report to a Shell “Lead Programme Manager” but will work closely with the Product Manager and Product “Build Manager”
