Technical Work:1. Vision Based pick and place using TMFlow, FMS and Python on \"Rosie\" the cobot.2. Set up a MQTT Server on a Docker container to handle all the project network traffic.3. PLC wireless integration to actuate pneumatic vice using Siemens PLC and MQTT.4. Combining the vision-based pick & place and the PLC pneumatic control into one continuous loop to demonstrate a proof of concept for mobile manipulation robot machine tending using Python with the Paho library.5. Risk analysis and Error handling of the demonstration loop for robustness and repeatability.6. Fetchcore mobile AMR setup and integration into lab layout.7. Setting up the EzRack PLC for Sparkplug B integration for control of the pneumatic vice and mill.8. Redesigning the control architecture to use the Ignition SCADA system for secure industrial grade controls. a. Implement Perspective Views for Data Visualization. b. Leverage the web module to setup Restful API’s to enable communication with the project assets. c. Develop a Sequential Function Chart which uses Sparkplug B Tags to control the process flow and handle errors. d. Create Node-Red flows to convert datatypes and enable the parsing of telemetry data to and from the project assets to integrate into the control network.9. Pull sales information from the Odoo ERP environment to enable Lights Out manufacturing of the ordered part.Other Activities:1. Showcase my work to students and faculty through presentations and posters.2. Document all the work done on Obsidian in the form of process manuals.3. Model a Robotics Integration lab instruction for Industrial Engineering Undergrad students.4.
