Reporting at times to both the SVP, Chief Claims Officer and the VP, Claims Technical, Quality Assurance, and Operational Effectiveness, I am responsible for leading the development of Wawanesa\'s Canadian casualty claims strategy, as well as leading our special investigations and strategic claims counsel teams who provide technical training, guidance and support to our entire claims operations. I also provide broader industry leadership through participation in multiple Insurance Bureau of Canada and Equite working and advisory groups.
