I am an engineer with a pre-MBA work experience of almost 3.5 years at Infosys Limited.I was a high performer securing the highest ratings in all evaluations and was awarded the prestigious MostValuable Player Award. In addition to my coding responsibilities, I was also a code reviewer and was responsible for coordinating the efforts of both the offshore and onshore team. Feeling the need to complement my technical skills with business know-how, I decided to take the next step in my career by pursuing my masters in business management. 3 months of Immense preparation that I carried out along with my full time job aided me to secure a CAT percentile of 96.8.I joined IMT Ghaziabad in June 2019 for the flagship Marketing PGDM program. I grabbed the chance to learn along with the top minds of the country with both hands as I learned, unlearned and relearned multiple skills to keep up with the crowd. I participated in various case study competitions and was the national semi-finalist in the Infosys Ingenious case study competition where my 3 member team was listed among the top 1.2% of the teams at a national level. I am also a campus level finalist in the Bajaj Finserv Atom competition in which my team was listed amongst the top 6 teams at IMT Ghaziabad. I was also part of the Alumni Relationship Committee where I received a true exposure of the corporate world and what it takes to be successfull. I completed my internship at Zydus Wellness under the guidance of Shahbaaz Mohammed as a brand management intern. This helped me receive an in-depth learning of the nuances of market research techniques and data analytics as well in a real world scenario. I was recruited by Whirlpool Corporation during the campus placement process to be part of the Young Leader program. In addition to the on-ground experience of working in retail outlets, I am also working on devising an end-end GTM strategy for integrating accessories into the D2C channel. As part of my sales stint, I am currently working on rolling out a host of salesforce automation tools and applications for the front line sales team for the states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana handling 5 branches, 30 ASM\'s and 20 distributors.
