It was founded by Henry Ford and incorporated on June 16, 1903Using the latest software technologies we are able to shorten the timespan between the conception of a product idea and the production readiness considerably and help FORD to meet Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California Air Authority Board (CARB) regulations. Computer simulations serve as a virtual test-bed and reduce the number of actual prototypes as well as the development time, reducing costs. My responsibility amounted to ensuring a £20m revenue business, integrated in seamless & blended fashion to include delivery of a portfolio of multiple projects in Body, Conventional and e-Powertrain domain spread across different geographies.Nissan Motor Company, JapanBusiness Transformation Client: The Nissan Motor Company, Ltd. trading as the Nissan Motor Corporation and usually shortened to Nissan, is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer headquartered in Nishi-ku, Yokohama.Nissan had a vision to unify vehicle programs for Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) across the globe, reduce the cost and the dependency on suppliers and thus planned to take up the specifications & model development in-house and re-use them across different suppliers. With our Rapid Prototyping Tools and Technological expertise, we acted as an extended arm to Nissan to achieve its vision. As Delivery Manager, I was able to achieve this with the support of a team of 45, through which I was able to create and harbour a collaborative and positive learning work environment with a visionary leadership style.
