Greenfield Project- Handling end to end green field project activities such as initiation,planning,scheduling,monitoring and execution till final handover- Compound wall,Main plant building, Substation, Warehouse building, Admin block, Landscaping, road, drainage,sewerage & Plumbing networks- Estimation & costing (Preliminary cost estimates,Rate analysis,SOR)-Quantity Surveying and contract management- Cost benefit analysis (CBA) and Techo-commercial analysis for Civil contractors-Providing technical assistance to the contractors such as interpretation of Drawings,construction methodology as and when required- Complete CAPEX and OPEX work as per their relevant drawings,QAP, IS code & specifications- Prepare construction schedule and monitoring the project to ensure time bound completion- liaison with contractors/vendors to ensure timely completion of contracts/work order- Undertake joint measurement along with contractor for preparation and verification of bills- Implement EHS and OSHA standards- Working on Oracle ERP for inventory management,purchase requests,CAPEX and OPEX.
