As part of the core project team during the establishment of our PV solar cell manufacturing facility, I was responsible for technical coordination, utility integration, and compliance with engineering standards to ensure smooth tool installation and timely project delivery.Key Technical Responsibilities: • OEM Coordination: Interfaced daily with OEM Equipment Heads to review machine utility requirements, delivery schedules, and tool-specific integration parameters. • Utility Hook-Up Engineering: Directed tool handover and integration with specialized vendors for process-critical utilities including specialty gases, bulk gases, PCW (Process Cooling Water), CDA (Compressed Dry Air), LAN networking, electrical power, and exhaust systems. • Vendor & Parameter Management: Ensured all utility connections met tool-specific process parameters, safety protocols, and reliability standards. • Cleanroom Compliance: Supervised construction and installation activities in ISO Class-7 Cleanroom, ensuring strict adherence to contamination control protocols and regulatory standards. • Pre-Install & Final Hook-Up: Oversaw pre-installation checks, final hook-up activities, and tool verification testing with O&M teams prior to equipment handover. • Technical Problem-Solving: Resolved real-time engineering challenges during installation to minimize delays and maintain project timelines.
