Currently, I serve as an Operations Engineer at a leading vertical farm in Berlin, where I oversee the planning, execution, and technical maintenance of the entire facility. My role focuses on optimizing processes to ensure high efficiency, sustainability, and quality across all operations. My academic background includes an M.S. in Engineering Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences Berlin and University of Oxford, where I specialized in Leadership, Strategic Management, and Quality & Sustainability Management. My thesis,\"Strategic Analysis of Vertical Farms in Germany,\" was conducted during my tenure as a working student at Potager Farm Berlin. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. Professional Journey: Full-Time Farmer: Spent 7 years on a rain-fed farm, transforming it into a modern, irrigated farm using scientific methods for efficient resource utilization. Business Management: Managed operations for Indian Oil Corporation’s retail outlet and distribution services. Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Worked for 3 years in corporate landscaping services with a focus on Greenery As A Service (GaaS), where I streamlined procurement processes and optimized supply chain operations.
