ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To Ensure Overall Product Quality of Hot Rolled RAILS & STRUCTURES such asGrades of Rails like Head Hardness 1080 HH, R260, IRS 52, UIC 60,Isometric Rails for Forging. For Structure like as Parallel Flange Beam, Parallel Flange Column, Equal Leg Angles, C-Channels, Sheet Piles, Crane Rail.Testing Of yield, Ultimate Strength & Bending of Steel Using Universal Testing Machine & Making Report.Maintaining the Control Work as Per Plan Performing in Process Inspection ff Product. BIS, ISO Documentation as Per Daily Production Reports Basics.To Prepare Test Certificates for The Product Ongoing to the Customer.To Analyze the Quality of RAIL & STRUCTURE According To IRS-T-12-09 & Dimension: IS 12778/ IS 808 / or any international standards, Tolerance: IS 12779/ IS 1852 / or as applicable specification.Controlling Water Pressure Flow & Temperature to Ensure as Per Approved Standards.To Check the Mechanical, Physical & chemical Property of Rail As Cross Section Weight, Yield Stress, Tensile Stress, Elongation, UTS/YS Ratio, breaking Load And Element Composition.TO Analysis Defect of Rails & Structures is LAP, OHT, UHT, KK, NS, DS, BERF, RBP, FTC.To Check Physical Property of Rails & Structures As size, Size Variation, Max & Low Size as per Deviation from Standard.
