Project- BNPP Arval ( working as a run maintenance operator lead in COE team)- handling a team of seven people- Primarily I work in the control room to check the schedules, reports, logs, exceptions, and then while debugging I check the process in the studio.• Maintaining RPA’s in production. Currently our team has 240 bots under our maintenance from various hubs namely UK, France, Italy, Spain.• Maintaining Jira board for tickets raised by RPA’s under our maintenance. Check for the exception and debug to find out the root cause. If it is out of scope reroute the ticket to its respective hub.• Help in UAT and PROD deployment of the code. If it is first UAT deployment, review the code for all the best blue prism practices and then only deploy it other wise notify the developer about the changes that needs to be made.
