Look Before you Leap.And I did![LOOK] I spent a good 6 months learning \"What I Don\'t Know\".Once I was clear, I LEAPED!I was first one to open a sit in street cafe in Mumbai for Nestle India. As always wanted to be the torch bearer and calculated risk taker.I resonate from recent posts of Eshan Ali (Talking of Toxic work culture), Vikas Prabhu (Kuch to Log Kahenge) and Nishant Rathi (15 rules- I especially love his Rule 12- Being Early to market).Today, I am my own boss, no devil/evil managers (Phew) and answerable to myself and family. No fear of layoffs, except failure of business.My heart and family are deeply involved as in 6 months of start-up, we made to \"Black\" and now going for expansion!
