With over eight years of work experience in sales operations, I am passionate about driving operational excellence, data-driven insights, and strategic alignment for the global sales organization at CrowdStrike, a leader in cloud-delivered endpoint and workload protection. I have a strong background in Salesforce CRM analytics, territory management, and team leadership, and I hold a Clari Admin certification. I am motivated by the mission of CrowdStrike to stop breaches and protect customers from cyber threats, and I value the culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity that the company fosters. I bring a unique perspective and experience to the sales operations team, having worked in different roles and regions across the sales function.As the Assistant Manager of Sales Operations at CrowdStrike, I lead a team of sales operations professionals and enable them to achieve day-to-day global sales operation tasks, while helping them with their individual, organizational, and personal goals. I identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the enterprise territory management and annual operating plan processes, leveraging Salesforce.com and Clari. I also work closely with the Data & Analytics Organization to support the creation of reports, dashboards, and KPIs summaries in our BI solution, to track and monitor data quality and enable informed business decisions. I am always looking for ways to improve the level of service and support to our stakeholders, and to collaborate with peers in sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
