Led the response and resolution for Severity-1 database incidents, minimizing downtime and conducting blameless postmortems that resulted in 15 preventative code or configuration changes• Build, test, and release the bundle patches through bundle packaging for all code lines (12c, 18c, 19c) supported by Oracle for all platforms.• Installed and maintained various database environments (both Single Instance and RAC databases) for patch testing and configured databases on OCI machines.
