Currently, I work in the Manufacturing Engineering Group (MEG), supporting prototype development and design validation for HVAC and chiller systems. I actively use Solid Edge and Creo for 3D visualization, assembly and fitment checks, and prototype reviews. I collaborate closely with core design, prototype, QA, and production teams to understand design intent and ensure manufacturability and assembly feasibility (DFM/DFA).In addition, I am involved in preparing Process Instructions (PI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for prototype builds, ensuring clear assembly steps, critical quality points, and smooth handover to production.
