Responsible for setting up end to end Service Vertical, peoples acquisition, launch and drive the services portfolio in all over IndiaCreate policies, structure and SOPs to run the business smoothly and consistently across the zoneCoordinate closely with the central services team to fine tune the offering, introduce regional variants, arrive at pricing models etc.Create and drive awareness of the various services on ground using activations and activities to drive businessDevelop appropriate field structures to support the business models and customer types to deliver a superior customer experience.Develop engagement program in coordination with central services team.End to end responsibility to onboard, train, engage and drive business through the influencer channelsWork in close coordination with the trade sales team to drive regional/zonal priorities for the organizationDevelop and put in place a comprehensive influencer engagement program focused on business acquisition in coordination with the central team.Responsible for direct engagement of the top 10% of influencers across the geography.Own the revenue generation, delivery of services and tracking the progress against the associated metrics of the zone.
