My journey commenced in 2017 as a Customer Service Associate for SBI Bank process at Teleperformance where i resolved customers account related issues and provide account balance information-Switch to Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2018 as an executive in the operation department where i was files processing for disbursement of Tractor Loan-Switch to IndusInd Bank in 2019 as a State Legal Back Office Executive in Legal Department with four years of experience specializing in commercial vehicle loans, light commercial vehicles, small commercial vehicles, and auto loans. Proven ability to manage legal documents, provide settlements to customers, and draft loan recovery notice of fraud and default customers while maintaining meticulous records and coordinating with Field Loan recovery agent and also coordinating with external advocates for Legal proceedings and manage State Legal collection & settled case mis reports-Currently, since 2023- June my role as a Credit Officer at Grihum Housing Finance in the credit department is my experience and expertise to underwriting and assess creditworthiness and analysis of customer business profiles as well as customer financials-
