Responsible for procurement of Electrical and mechanical spares of different makes of Wind Turbine Generator - Suzlon S33, S52, S66 & S82, Gamesa G58 & G97• Responsible for procurement of All types of hardware & consumables which are required as per purchase indent or as per STA activity plan.• Alternate vendor development for the single sourced materials.• Vendor sourcing in the global market for new product and approaching them as per requirement.• Initial Vender Appraisal and vender Evaluation.• Prepare and analyze proposals/quotations for within competitive range and prepare the Purchase Order in System.• Responsible for delivering the material in right ‘Quality’, ‘Price’ & ‘Time’.• Understanding of international procurement activities i.e, importing, incoterms, taxation, and duties etc.• Responsible for the maintaining the – Site Specific Spare Provision Plan.• Tracking and maintaining schedules & inventory levels in the stores. • Leading the Supply chain Management in Integrated Management System (IMS) for the ISO documentation.
