In my tenure at Infinx spanning six years, I began as an Associate and swiftly progressed to the role of Team Coach in 2019, following an IJP. During this period, I honed my expertise in managing various projects, specializing in patient insurance eligibility verification, benefits assessment, and prior authorization. Notably, my dedication and leadership skills led to my promotion to Team Leader in 2022, where I spearheaded a team of 25 to 30 members, overseeing their queries and providing support while ensuring optimal performance and motivation. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the automation team to establish efficient processes for insurance verification, actively participating in testing and refining automation processes alongside the technical support team.In my capacity as Team Coach, I actively contributed to maintaining quality and accuracy within the team through regular internal audits and weekly team meetings. These meetings served as a platform to discuss updates, address emerging error trends, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. My efforts did not go unnoticed, as evidenced by numerous client appreciations and the accolades I received, including the Galaxy and Star Awards at the annual town hall meeting in 2019. Moreover, my proficiency in Microsoft Excel, coupled with my quick learning ability and strong analytical skills, enabled me to adapt swiftly to new challenges and contribute effectively to the team\'s success.Looking ahead, I am eager to leverage my extensive experience and skill set to drive further innovation and excellence in my professional journey.
