About Rohit Naik
I am a performance-driven and highly organized professional with over 8+ years of experience in wide array of duties involving designing, building and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions. Leading a team of functional and technical consultants in the SAP SD/LE, SAP S/4 HANA area. Working in a client facing role, I am well-versed with HP ALM, LSMW, Service Now and Microsoft Azure, along with working using agile methodologies and conducting the routine agile ceremonies like, sprint planning at project and team level, conducting daily stand-ups and scrum of scrum, conducting spring retrospectives. Role involves, requirement gathering, creating functional specifications, configuring or getting the requirement developed from the technical consultant, unit testing, UAT co-ordination with the users, and after the signoff, getting the change deployed in the production system. I play a significant role in guiding my team to deliver the maximum backlogs in the sprint with the highest quality.I have the potential to handle clients across diverse verticals especially across Pharma, Petroleum, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Industries in dealing with end-to-end implementations, roll-out, post Implementation Support and Testing processes. Also a part of the test automation team for the project, where the goal is to achieve maximum test automation using TOSCA tools. I have worked on SAP S/4 HANA data migration, in my past assignments with multiple clients. I was also involved in ticket handling, providing critical support, new developments and enhancements, reporting, solution designing, and documentation activities.
