An alumnus of BITS, Pilani, I began my career with Schlumberger in the Middle East in 2003. The exposure to highly regarded international teams there was extremely stimulating. It fuelled a quest for cross-functional challenges, leading me to seek out ‘intrepreneurial’ roles within young companies.Subsequent experiences afforded by the environment of start-ups made for rich learning. Skills acquired here held me in good stead in my career in the FMCG industry in Nigeria. Here, I drove expansion into five new markets and spearheaded the overhaul of technology in the logistics division bringing in annual cost savings of USD Adayana, I led the Solution Design practice. My job entailed designing end-to-end learning solutions including field implementation strategies for first time organisations with large learner bases (over 10k learners). I was part of the team that conceptualised, designed and field implemented the largest eLearning initiative in India.As a Business Consultant at Tech Mahindra. I collaborated with key stakeholders to identify needs, conduct needs assessments, produce actionable strategic plans, develop customised solutions, facilitate presentations as well as build capabilities to ensure the organisation is \"Future Ready\".I set-up and headed project delivery for a strategic account within Tech Mahindra. This is a mapping project for a large technology company based in Silicon Valley. The delivery is across multiple locations in the United States and Canada.Currently, provide digital solutions for Hi-Tech vertical within Cognizant where I Build, Develop and Update Solutions / Digital Strategies for Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office processes.
