Learnt body-mind healing techniques Recieved rigorous training on : cognitive flexibility, resilience skills, mindfulness, stress management Developed a resilience program for a govt and low income school students for a duration of 1 month.Following session conducted: Conducted sessions on cognitive flexibility and mindfulness with 50 students in the Zilla parishad school. Learnt about digital marketing for social cause.
