ABOUT ROHIT MANGAL
Dr Rohit Mangal did his MD from SCGMC, Nanded and training in hematology and flow cytometry from TMH, Mumbai. Dr Mangal underwent post doctoral fellowship in clinical hematology & BMT with multidisciplinary HSCT team lead by Padamashree Proff Dr Mammen Chandey renowned Hematologist and pioneer of BMT in India and Dr Reena Nair from Tata medical centre, kolkata. Under the team supervision, he was able to experience planned management of 17 stem cell transplant( adult and Pediatric) including both Autologous and Allogenic. He was actively involved in post BMT OPD care, management of Gvhd, Blood malignancy. Afterwards he joined Yashoda super speciality hospital, Hyderabad as Consultant. There he was involved in clinical trial of Multiple Myeloma, sickle cell anemia and Acute myeloid leukemia. He did multiple stem cell transplant that include Both adult and pediatric Autologous and Allogenic( Haploidentical/ MSD). Currently, he is working as Chief Consultant hematologist and BMT physician at Pushpanjali hospital and research centre Agra, there he has established the first Bone marrow transplant unit in AGRA(eastern UP). He has successfully done the first Stem cell transplant in Agra region. He has vast exposure of advanced immunotherapies and targets therapies for blood cancer.
