I am contributing as a Project Manager within the \'Complex Projects\' team at AtkinsRealis and also as the ED & I representative for the Bristol office. Seconded in with the Client \'Bath and Northeast Somerset (B & NES) Council\', I took lead on managing the \'Bath Walking, Wheeling and Cycling Links\' project to drive the project to it\'s completion stage whilst I liaised within multiple design stakeholders and successfully lead on conducting Public Consultations. I am presently seconded in with the Client \'High Speed 2\' contributing in one of the most integral and dynamic teams at UK\'s most ambitious rail project. Contributing within the IPPC (Improvement Plan for Programme Controls) team, my role focuses on developing the Scope BoE (Basis of Estimate) database, a central source for detailed scope data to enable the re-baselining (Baseline 8) of the project. My duties and responsibilities within my role as a Project Manager on these key projects include- Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle- Advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks, and issues- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams- Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders- Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc- Chair monthly project board meetings with the internal project team- Implement effective and efficient communication tools- Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met- Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments- Constantly Pursue Performance Improvement
