I am Agriculture graduate from M.P.K.V. Rehuri Univercity, Ahmadnager, Maharashtra, India. I have 3+ year experience in Floriculture sector in Post harvest department. I am handling near about stem Rose flower per day. I supervision on operation carry out in pack house form Flower receiving point to Dispatch pointm like, collecting flower, store in cold room, de-leafing, measuring stem, sorting, grading, checking disease & pest, grade on bud size, bunching by customer demand (12 flower/bunch, 10 flower/bunch, 9 flower/bunch etc). I have experience to handle 150 people in pack house. I understand Swahili local language of Kenya. Personally i like to work with Flower & People, i have great inter personal bond with co-worker.
