I am a rehabilitation council of India certified mental health professional with over 9 years of professional experience in providing mental health and psycho-social care support and psychological wellness, including foster care, drug education and awareness, individual, family and couple counselling, crisis counselling for adolescents and providing psychological first aid. I worked closely with the district magistrate, assistant commissioner of tribal welfare department, education department, women and child welfare department, ministry of social & justice empowerment, CWC and JJB to provide technical support and assistance to the respective department for strengthening the existing framework and capacities. As a seasoned and empathetic mental health professional, I am dedicated to help individuals navigating life’s complexities and emerge stronger. My mission is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for the individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions.I have rich experience across various age groups, with diverse areas of expertise in mental health; anti-social behavioral problems, oncology counselling, stress and anger management, social anxiety, life skill education, teachers training program, sexual reproductive health management and mindfulness.
