A Credit Risk Professional with more than 15 years of combined experience in Risk Based Supervision of banks and NBFCs in Reserve Bank of India & Project / Infrastructure financing and credit appraisal of large corporates in a leading Government Bank - Bank of India.In RBI, i am entrusted with continuous supervision of designated entities including onsite inspections. The current role is a mix of individual contributor as well as leading the junior officers in the team.In individual role, i am responsible for undertaking assessment of Risk Capital and identification of control gaps in Governance & processes, Review of bank’s credit risk related policies and Governance structures, Undertaking Root Cause Analysis of the process deficiencies and devisingRisk Mitigation Plans & Monitorable Action Plans to address the gaps, Undertaking assessment of credit appraisal process of supervised entities, Identifying deficiencies at policy level and adherence to regulatory norms as well as internal guidelines during credit appraisal process, disbursal, monitoring and account classification stages.Prior to RBI, i have worked a Public Sector Bank - Bank of India in Infrastructure / Project Financing and Large Corporate Banking.(Total Experience of more than 10 years) wherein i was responsible for managing portfolio of companies across different sectors mostly Road, Power & NBFCs Acting as single point access for corporate accounts including credit appraisal, processing, monitoring, compliances, new business acquisition, NPA Management, handling of stressed assets resolution through IBC etc. I also have had worked as Branch Manager of a large branch for approx 2 years where i was handling a team of 21 employees.
