   Responsible for all Inventory movement pertaining to B2C business of the company which includes marketplace orders as well as brand website orders. Ensure that various WH partners are doing delivery as per TAT. For shipments from Central WH to B2C warehouses, track end-to-end (receipt of order to shipping to receipt at recipient WH) and ensure entries in the ERP system of the company. Closely monitor Returns and track right from the stage of receipt at warehouse. Maintain daily tracker to ensure the returns are processed in a timely manner and accounted for in the Order Management System of the Company (Unicommerce) Reconcile Inventory on a periodic basis between ERP and with records received from WH partner. Tracking of JIT PO from Main WH to Online WH Coordinate with Finance team to provide information needed for timely sales and return booking. Coordinate with E-com team pertaining to orders / returns / inventory reconciliation etc. Arrange and call back the RTV from B2C facility to the Main WH. Maintain G-Tracker and preparing various kind of report like PO Tracker/RTV Tracker etc Daily B2C order tracking to ensure zero SLA breach and timely dispatch to the LSP and Tracking and arranging of Packaging Materials to each WH to avoid any OOS situation. Daily GRN and Putaway tracking and ensure to close within 48HRS of TAT Participate the Yearly Audit of each WH and Inventory correction in both the Books.
