I’m a PGDM graduate specializing in Human Resources and Business Analytics from ISBR Business School, Bengaluru, with a growing passion for building people-centric HR practices.My internship and early professional experience in Talent Acquisition helped me develop a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, and end-to-end hiring processes. I have worked on US process recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates and conducting initial assessments of role-specific prerequisite skills for positions such as Project Managers and Acquisition Managers.Currently, I am working as a Business Development Manager, where I collaborate with teams supporting US residential real estate initiatives, gaining exposure to market research, broker outreach, and sales pipeline development.
